An RTM is essentially the same as a built-on-site framed custom homes. Each home can be designed to meet or exceed all codes and customer expectations. AKAL RTM homes are all custom designed to meet our customers expectations. An RTM is built in one piece as compared to a modular units. Since RTM's are built with the same codes as built-on-site homes, they are equal to and, with added perimeter framing for moving, actually have more structural components than a built-on-site custom home.
